S4HANA Documented Loan Decision
Loan management is one of the most important structures used to show the completion of the cash cycle on the SD side.
Credit management is one of the most important structures used to show the completion of the cash cycle on the SD side. Sales orders blocked by credit control are transferred to the workflow structure with DCD documents. My current blog will be on documented credit decision (DCD) with credit management.
In SAP, credit check can be set to take place from the creation of the sales order, delivery and goods issue, or from an order. If the credit limit control parameters are exceeded for that customer according to the identified credit risks, a sales order is blocked for credit and then a “Documented credit decision” DCD is created in S/4HANA as seen in the image below. The Credit manager or Credit analyst decides whether to release (or reject) the sales order for the credit block.
S4HANA Documented Credit Decision (DCD)
The necessary adaptation steps for the realization of the desired loan decision are as follows;
- New Authorization System
There is a new authorization system that comes with S4HANA FSCM. The SAP_WFRT user should be opened via the SWU3 transaction code and the workflow settings should be completed as follows. The relevant user should have the SAP_FIN_CR_DCD_WF role in it.
Depending on this user, via the SWE2 transaction code to trigger DCD on the stem side or
Tools> Business Workflow> Development> Administration> Event Manager> Type linkages workflow connection should be activated.
