Anadolu Isuzu - Spare Parts WM Warehouse Fiori project brought into action

With the project;

A traceable, measurable, effective and efficient warehouse management process has been established.

Achievements:

• Created a data warehouse to detect bottlenecks and inefficient processes, from stock taking to receiving, packaging and shipping. By means of these solutions, the company has become able to better manage its stocks.
• Operation speed was increased as all resources and processes can be managed more effectively and efficiently by means of the increased speed and optimization from receiving goods to shipment.
• In order to increase order accuracy and reduce the time spent in the warehouse, the goods acceptance processes were advanced with simple and efficient applications. Thus, possible human errors in manual operations were reduced. In addition, savings in personnel costs were achieved with effective warehouse management.
• It became possible to see exactly where a material or product is throughout the supply chain tracking warehouse and to monitor stocks.
• The grouping of shipments was standardized and automated by saving labor.
• With the developed e-mail system, the shipments sent at the end of the day were informed and an advantage was gained in reporting.
• By transitioning from Windows infrastructure to UI5 infrastructure, the infrastructure of the future for storage processes was established.
